Sizing was straight forward, I measured my waist at 30 inches so I bought a Large size and it was spot on. Putting it on for the first time was difficult, I nearly broke a sweat trying to get it on the first clasp. It gets easier as you wear it and it will break in after use. It's perfect under clothes, you can't tell. I wear it to work for up to 8 hrs then take it off.
