I am 5'7, 170 lbs so i ordered a large.. it fit just as expected! On just the first set of hooks, the compression is TIGHT yet comfortable just how I want it. I am very insecure about my tummy after having a baby and need this for my weight loss journey. I'm so happy I ordered this. I had ordered the short but it was a bit too short for my body and when i contacted them about it they were more than accomodating. I have a long one on the way!
