I personally love this item! I am 5'4 and 150. Have had troubles managing my weight. Purchased this to wear around the house while doing house work. Within minutes I was sweating like crazy! I have other neoprene shorts I have worn and then don't make me sweat nearly as much! And very well made by the way! The shipping was amazing!
